About: Attacks on organizations and activists working to defend migrants’ rights have increased in Europe. Together with overall civic space challenges, this puts pressure on organisations and individuals who provide assistance to migrants and refugees and defend their rights, both at borders and within Europe. This session will explore the main challenges that activists are facing, and discuss examples and strategies on how to address these and protect civic space.
