Four years ago, when I started as Network Director, we also had Co-Directors: Maria, our current Chair of the Board and I, served both as Directors with a clear division of tasks. So we continue in a path that has been tested and worked very well before.
We live in difficult times when it comes to our work as practitioners. Now, two magnificent people will give what they have to serve the Network and nurture it for the years to come. There’s no better outcome of this process. I will dedicate my time in the next months to hand over, to help the transition to be seamless.
